3. The glue injection thickness can be adjusted by the equipment speed, glue amount, and the distance of the glue head from the axis. 4. The fine adjustment mechanism for lifting and lowering the side strip plate can adjust the center position of the side strip and the filter element.

5. The friction tension mechanism can effectively ensure the tightness of the edge strip material disc.

6. The edge strip correction mechanism can be fine-tuned to ensure that the position of the edge strip is stable in a line.

7. The bonding distance between the filter element and the edge strip is adjusted by the servo motor.

8. After the glue injection and bonding of the product is completed, it will pass through the cooling air curtain to quickly cool the hot melt glue.
