Features:
1.Two component filter cartridge adhesive is especially suitable
for plastic or metal end cap sealing in hydraulic oil filter
elements, dust filter elements, industrial filters, oil filters,
fuel filters and other products.

Usage:
1. Weigh components A and B in a container according to the weight
ratio A:B=2:1 and stir evenly.
2. Start injecting glue after stirring evenly.
Precautions:
1. Both components A and B must be sealed and stored to avoid
long-term contact with air.
2. Mixing containers and stirring tools must be sealed and stored
to avoid long-term contact with air.
3. When the ambient temperature is lower than 10℃, the viscosity of
components A and B will increase significantly. When using, the
stirring time should be appropriately increased to ensure uniform
stirring.

1.There are many types of polyurethane filter element glue, which
can be roughly divided into two categories, namely two-component
polyurethane adhesive and single-component polyurethane adhesive.
The detailed introduction includes two-component foaming glue,
two-component glue stock solution, two-component non-foaming glue,
two-component PU glue and single-component foaming glue,
thermosetting glue, etc. Although there are some differences in
types and names, the functions used are similar.
2.The appearance of the filter element glue is off-white liquid and
light brown solid. The two colloids can be blended in the ratio of
8:1, 6:1, 100:40, 100:35, 100:33, 100:25, and can be bonded to
various materials such as iron covers, filter paper, filter cloth,
plastic covers, etc. However, during the bonding process, attention
should be paid to the cleanliness of the surface of the object,
without stains and impurities, and it should be applied with a
roller or brush. Another point to note is that you can blend as
much colloid as you need, and use it up within 50 minutes. You must
use resources reasonably. Just stick the objects together, then
squeeze out the excess colloid, grasp the appropriate time, and
gently bond the objects. This kind of colloid that has been blended
in a certain ratio should not be stored for a long time, as too
long a time will affect the best effect of the colloid.
